This is a great, quite community. I've lived here for over five years, and have no complaints. From amazing staff to the incredibly cute apartments, I am a very happy tenant.

It is beauiful and peaceful yet everything we need is close by. Management is fantastic. Parking is excellent, big spaces. Its a wonderful refuge after a day at work.

It's beautiful in the woods. The cell phone reception is not good, though. And the appliances could be upgraded, but it's not a big deal. It is a good value.

My experience here at Briarleigh has been amazing. The staff is warm, inviting, and friendly. The maintenance crew, which I've rarely had to call, is incredibly punctual. The community is incredibly quite and safe. During my lease period I've seen a great mix of neighbors ranging from young professionals to young families and many retired residents. A surprising number of people have told me they've lived here 5+ years and even a few 10+; That should speak for itself. This is the only community in Winston that i could find that brought together incredible landscape, unique architecture, and an amazing staff all in one. The only regret anyone would have by signing a lease here is that they'll never want to leave.

I have lived here almost 6 months and could not be happier. The employees are great and the facilities are clean and tidy. You can expect to hear a little noise from the neighbors, but that is inevitable when living in such close proximity. I feel very safe and have no issues coming in late at night. I definitely recommend this complex!

Great office staff

Great place to live. It's quiet and there are tons of trees! Maintenance is speedy. All the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful.

This is a wonderful place to live - the office staff is amazing and always helpful. Parking, safety, the grounds, atmosphere - all is wonderful. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying life here! I know I do!

This is THE place to live. The apartment is in good condition. Whenever I've had anything I needed done, the staff is awesome at getting it done right and quickly. Gary and the rest of the office staff are awesome! They all know everyone and are genuinely concerned that we're all happy here. The neighbors are generally very nice, but not intrusive. It's truly a great place to live!

I would tell them how much I love my apartment. The layout is spacious and easily adaptable for all lifestyles. Neighbors are friendly, but not bothersome; and, the staff is very personable. Whenever I have a question or concern, someone is readily available.
